Harmony Day was on the 21st of March. It is in its 15th year this year and celebrates Australia's cultural diversity. It is about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone. We had a great time being together and including everyone. Each year Australians are encouraged to wear orange clothing in support of cultural diversity and inclusivity.
Our unit of inquiry "People from around the world relate to each other in a variety of ways" was a good lead into this special day.
